how has the grey squirrel spread over time
what factors contribute to the fall in red and rise in grey squirrel populations.

grey squirrals have moved from the south moving further north having been introduced from america
they are vicious towards red squirrals taking their territory and food meaning that red squirral populations have reduced whilst moving further north
there is lots of information to be found in forestry areas up north so possibly looking at their websites may help
look up the forestry commision or specific areas such as whinlatter forest park
